Be. More efficiently.
We live in a culture of doing; our bodies and minds have degenerated their capacity for being. Peak performance takes place while being; not doing. The Alexander Technique teaches how to be more efficiently.
Alexander Technique is a learning process, developed over a century ago, which enables more ease and freedom in everything you do. It teaches how to undo unnecessary muscular and mental tension while allowing for the coordination/integration of your whole self. It is taught through hands-on instruction from a teacher who too is actively in practice.
This mini-intensive will provide you with:
-The basic principles of The Alexander Technique
-Individual time with certified teachers
-Tasty and healthy snacks
-An elevating learning community
